What Advogram is
Section titled “What Advogram is”Advogram is a free ATS resume screener at advogram.com. You upload a resume, optionally paste a job description, and the app scores how six real ATS platforms (Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, Greenhouse, Lever, and SuccessFactors) would likely parse and rate it.
By using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
A free service
Section titled “A free service”Advogram is free to use. There are no ads, no premium tier, and no features locked behind a paywall. You get the complete score at no cost.
No payments right now
Section titled “No payments right now”There is no checkout, subscription, or purchase anywhere in the app today. If you see a price figure in a survey or research question, that is part of demand research, not a real charge. If paid features are ever introduced, these terms will be updated first and any charge will be clearly disclosed before you pay anything.
Scores are simulated approximations
Section titled “Scores are simulated approximations”This is the most important thing to understand.
Advogram provides simulated scoring based on publicly documented platform behaviors, independent research, and community knowledge. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Workday, Oracle (Taleo), iCIMS, Greenhouse, Lever (Employ), SAP (SuccessFactors), or any other ATS vendor.
Scores are approximations intended for educational and resume-improvement purposes only. They do not reflect the actual output of any employer’s real ATS, and they do not guarantee any particular outcome in a real application process. A high score here is not a promise of an interview, and a low score is not a reason to give up. No proprietary algorithms or trade secrets are reverse-engineered or disclosed.
Provided “as is”
Section titled “Provided “as is””Advogram is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or fit for any particular purpose. You use it at your own discretion and risk. To the extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its scores.
Acceptable use
Section titled “Acceptable use”Please use Advogram fairly and legally. Do not:
- Upload content you do not have the right to submit, or anyone else’s resume without their permission.
- Attempt to break, overload, scrape, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
- Reverse-engineer the app to attack it or to extract other users’ data.
- Use the app to break the law or to harm others.
We may limit or block access that abuses the service or puts it at risk.
Accounts and your data
Section titled “Accounts and your data”Signing in is required to use the scanner. When you use the app we store your account info and a capped scan history. What we collect, how it is processed, and how to request access or deletion are all described in the privacy notice. By using Advogram you also agree to how data is handled there.
Resume files are parsed inside your browser; the binary file itself is not sent to our servers. See the privacy notice for the full detail.
Changes to these terms
Section titled “Changes to these terms”If something material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Worth checking back on occasion if you care about the details.
